As a Metalsmith, I crafted a functional and innovative tool for a specific application. My notable project was the development of a multifunctional dive knife designed for underwater scallop harvesting. This tool combined the functions of a traditional dive knife and a crowbar, providing divers with an efficient and safe way to pry scallops off their attachment points and open them. Its robust design, ergonomic handle, and razor-sharp blade ensured durability, comfort, and optimal performance. This project showcased my ability to combine technical skill with creative problem-solving to develop a product that addresses specific user needs and enhances underwater exploration. As a materials researcher with a focus on sustainability. Through extensive investigation, I successfully developed a bio-resin coconut husk composite, a material with environmental benefits. This achievement culminated in the creation of a fully functional 7-foot surfboard, demonstrating my ability to apply cutting-edge research to real-world applications while prioritizing sustainable design solutions.SEWING
I have experience sewing a variety of items, including clothing and accessories. I am proficient in using a variety of sewing machines and hand-sewing techniques. I have a good understanding of fabric types and how to select the appropriate tools and techniques for different projects. With that I am proficient in using Adobe Illustrator, which I use to create technical drawings and tech packs. I have a good understanding of the production process and can create detailed BOMs, and production schedules.Photography
With over 8 years of experience behind the lens, I possess a deep-rooted passion for capturing captivating visuals. My journey began as a hobbyist, but a growing appreciation for the art form led me to pursue photography professionally 3 years ago. During this time, I have honed my skills in various genres, including landscapes, sports, and events. I developed a keen eye for composition, and storytelling.
